• 1 or 2 hour long prenatal visits in your home to get to know one another and help you plan for your hospital birth

• Complimentary car seat safety inspection

• Four to Six one hour long postpartum visits in your home

• Text and phone availability during your postpartum for questions and concerns

• Final closing ceremonies at our last visit, including pelvic steam, bone closing ceremony, full pelvic assessment and recommendations, belly massage and more

• Referrals, consultations and recommendations as needed

• Blood work, labs and Rx as needed
